I met Armand when i went to have a look at one of his listings. Not only did i like the property but i found Armand to be friendly and easy to talk to. His personality definitely shone through. We set Armand a sales expectation way higher than the two appraisals we received from Armand and another company. He didn't blink. He recommended an aggressive strategy based upon a fixed period and a short marketing intro. We received not one but three offers all slightly above our minimum acceptable figure, and Armand worked the offers so that the final result was way above. Can't fault Armands sales strategies and attention to customer service. He does what he says he'll do and when he says he will. Very happy with him.
