We have been living at our property since 1980 so it was a very hard decision for our family to sell the family home as it holds sentimental value. Earlier this year we placed our property on the market and we didn't have a good experience with the agent, we had one offer throughout the whole campaign and when we declined the offer the agent treated us like we were crazy so we waited out the contract and we lost money from marketing. It was tough for us to make the decision to put the house back on the market, we interviewed 2 agents and my instinct was to stick with Apu. During our campaign with Apu the experience was the complete opposite; we had a zoom meeting where Apu presented the family with a breakdown of the process, we received weekly reports and he worked with us and not above us. In comparison to the previous campaign, we had 3 offers pre-auction and 7 registered bidders. The experience and professionalism received from Apu and Ray White far outweighed the experience we had with the agency we used in the beginning of the year, Ray White definitely gets results 10/10 for sure.
