Angus Moot

Angus was incredible right from the get-go. He answered all our questions, got back to us super quick about anything we wanted to know. And was kind and friendly throughout the process. He was and is absolutely fantastic at his Job as well as being an all round awesome guy! We will be recommending him to everyone, and if we happen to sell or buy again in the future we will only be going back to him as he made our experience simple/easy with no worries.

We found Angus to be very approachable, friendly, listened and responded to any changes we made. We feel he went above and beyond what we expected in a realtor, he has become a friend to us as well. Angus worked hard selling the house so we didn’t need to. The house was tired. Angus organised staging and made it look like it was worth a million dollars. And he got close, far closer than I thought possible. He presented us with nine offers, ranging from 10% to 40% above RV. Four offers were unconditional. I think the variety of offers suggests that Angus did not put anyone off, which is just what we wanted. We sold for far more than expected. Good job, Angus J.
