We did find it a little difficult to say no when at short notice they wanted to bring people through. It was not always convenient with 2 little ones and did feel a bit pressured. As the sale went extremely fast we didn't see a lot of Andy but thought we might have at least got a bottle of wine or something as a thanks for our business as we have done in the past considering the amount of money we pay out in commission. Overall though we had a good experience with Andy and everything went smoothly.

Over the years we have dealt with several good agents, but Andy has surpassed all of these. Particularly impressive is his honesty and dedication. He takes his responsibility very seriously and genuinely is prepared to go so much further than required. He acted for us with our interest being paramount, and at no time did he try to influence us with his preferences.
