Andrew was very efficient, he kept us up to date with written reports and always contacted us within 40 minutes of an open home finishing advising the number of attendees and if they were return visits. Andrew made sure the staging was perfect and also provided additional items for the photos. He kept us informed of visits outside of the open homes and when there were appointments for builders reports. Andrew was fantastic support throughout our selling journey. I had known Robert for a long time prior to us listing our house for him and Andrew to sell. Upon making the decision to sell we had a very well-informed conversation with them both about the right time to sell and process. We had never sold a house at Auction, but Robert made us well aware of the procedure and how he thought it best to market our house, and what length of time the advertising campaign should be.
