Quite simply, we count ourselves as extremely fortunate to have Amanda as our property manager! She is absolutely professional, as she attends to all the varied aspects of her role with her trademark warmth, and genuine manner. We have absolute confidence and trust in her ability to deal with any issues as they arise; her communications are always clear, and timely. Most significantly for us, Amanda cares about our tenants and their lives; she shares our view that while our investment properties provide us a necessary source of income, they provide our tenants with the security of a place they can enjoy as their home.
