Myself and my partner had been given notice on our property, working in the industry I knew how hard private rental properties are to come by. We booked a viewing whilst travelling home to Christchurch and attended the viewing the following day (Sunday), by 2pm on the Monday we had been offered the property. Alysha from day 1 has been outstanding, we definitely hit the jackpot when it comes to property managers. We didn't have many issues but when we did, they were addressed promptly and communication was always great around what was happening. Alysha and Hannah have been looking after our rental for a couple of years now and we've been very pleased with their service. Everything is communicated promptly, and the monthly financial reports are always delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, we've had to sort out times for EQC contractors to visit the property, sometimes at short notice. I put it down to the relationship that the team have with our tenants that things are turned around so quickly =)
