For over 20 years, I successfully own a travel agency, serving more than 1,000 regular clients and helping them plan their dream vacations. Throughout my career, I mastered the art of customer service, negotiation, and sales—all of which are essential skills in the real estate industry. Running a business taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of understanding clients' needs to provide them with the best possible experience.

During those two decades, I also developed a keen interest in real estate, often renovating and investing in properties. I was fascinated by the market, the potential for growth, and the unique challenges that come with buying and selling homes.

The decision to switch to real estate was driven by several factors, but one of the most important was my personal experience purchasing and investing in properties in New Zealand.

Attending open homes, securing a mortgage, and understanding the New Zealand property market was challenging. It is a journey that feels overwhelming, especially with the differences in processes compared to my previous experiences with property in another country.
