This is a plan that is a collaboration between the vendor and the agent, assessing amongst other things, titles and values, motivation and timing of a sale with regards to the end game for the vendor.
Alex, Sarah and their two children reside in Marua, Hikurangi. Having lived in Wellington and overseas, Northland has become their region of choice because, quite frankly, they can’t see why anyone would want to live anywhere else!
Alex has worked hard to develop solid relationships in the Whangarei region and has built up a positive reputation within the rural community.
