He did what he stated he would do. He kept in contact with me the whole time. \ At the beginning he did not inflate the property price to get the listing and then talk it down once the listing was his. \ Additionally I felt he worked for me and got the best possible deal he even went beyond what was expected to keep the best tender offer by organising a building inspection within hours of the offer. \ This was a difficult sale for me since I live in Australia and he made this process very easy. \ I cannot speak any more highly of him and he's the best agent I have ever used and I am not stating this simply because I was pleased with the final price outcome of the sale.
