Big section with a big history

This 3.5ha (more or less) section is one of the only big bare sections for sale in Owhango at the moment. This particular block carries some of Owhango's fondest memories in the community. It use to be the old Mill site with some of yester years relics still visible. Yes, this block is not your typical block and does come with some hiccups such as a sawdust area and the old Mill platform. The good news is that it is a big section and lots of space to work with.
