Ray White Invercargill’s leadership team of Brendan Mason, Philip Brough and James McRobie have extended their agreement with Ray White for a further five-year term to see the business as one of Ray White’s most enduring and successful agencies across New Zealand.

Opening the agency in 2002, Mr Mason said that the journey with Ray White continues to be remarkable.

“While we have navigated different market conditions, the consistency of performance for our business being partnered with Ray White has allowed us to grow with confidence to be the market leader and to facilitate a constant pathway of success,” Mr Mason said.

“We are proud to be partnering with Ray White for a further agreement and had no hesitation in re-signing our partnership, given the outstanding relationship that we have built with Ray White and, likewise, Ray White with our business.”

Philip Brough, co-business owner of Ray White Invercargill, said that technology development within Ray White has been significant for their business growth.

“During the past number of years, the adoption of systems that allow real-time database connection has given our clients an advantage of information that assists in quality decision-making for their property sale,” Mr Brough said.

The Ray White Invercargill team have consistently been a market leader in the area. Today, the business is at its best, with its highest level of market share achieved through outstanding processes and systems, particularly in the auction method of marketing.

Mr McRobie, co-business owner and auctioneer, said their disciplines around our auction listing process have continued to refine under Ray White.

“While auction remains our preferred marketing method, it is the broader technology applications that allow us to gain outstanding results for our clients and, just as importantly, give buyers access to properties in real-time that brings the auction process to even greater relevance,” Mr McRobie said.

The latest information from the exclusive Ray White Pulse (data studio) shows the Invercargill market extends across 34 sub-areas totalling 28,873 residential properties and has a sale rate of 3.7 per cent, seeing 1,128 property sales for a total value of $575 million. The average sale price is $455,000, and during the past 12 months, the lowest sale price was $65,000, with the highest being $2.15 million.
