A large number of the lower south zone members gathered for Ray White’s Lower South Island Symposium last week, hearing from a range of speakers.
The symposium ran for two days and included a Half Yearly Awards ceremony.
Led by Ray White Invercargill principal Anneke Kawau, the agenda was packed with updates from some of our key partners, including an auction session by Ray White New Zealand CEO Daniel Coulson, a marketing session by Ray White New Zealand head of marketing Hanna Kelly as well as a session on technology by Ray White digital performance manager Emma Craig.
“This was the first symposium to include everyone from sales to property managers to admin staff,” Ms Kawau said.
“This was something I felt very passionate about as everyone adds equal value to the Ray White engine rooms.
“To celebrate and develop together as a united front is very exciting.”
Day two finished with a panel hosted by Ray White New Zealand chief agency officer Treena Drinnan who interviewed members Amy Allan, James McRobie and Madelon White who shared their journey of success as new and experienced agents; with closing words from Ray White chief strategy officer (real estate) Mark McLeod.
Ms Drinnan said the event was a huge success.
“Lower South Island Symposium was a fantastic opportunity for our members to come together to learn and connect,” she said.
“While the lower South Island zone is one of Ray White New Zealand’s smaller zone’s, with around 130 members, it was exciting to see more than 75 per cent of those members attending the event.
“Congratulations to all our award winners for your tremendous achievements in the first half of the awards year.”
“We are proud of the amazing work you are doing and the ongoing commitments you provide to your clients and local community.”
