“Three have today announced that The Block NZ season nine properties located in the aspirational suburb of Point Chevalier, just minutes from Auckland’s city centre, are set to go under the virtual auction hammer in less than three weeks,” Ms Drinnan said.
“The auctions will be run by Ray White in accordance with industry guidelines and health and safety requirements at the relevant alert level.
“Interested buyers should reach out to Ray White for more detailed information and opportunities around viewing within the current alert level restrictions.
“There is genuine interest from potential purchasers on all four properties and with a confirmed auction date we can expect to see further interest.
“We are looking forward to this translating on auction night with some competitive bidding.”
