After successfully serving the Hamilton community for many years, directors Fraser Coombes and Mark Keesom are expanding to open Ray White Cambridge.
Mr Coombes said the Waikato town was a town of prestige and, with the significant growth the area had seen in recent years, it was the perfect time to open Ray White Cambridge.
“This growth is tipped to continue with large subdivisions planned,” Mr Coombes said.
“Extensive investment in road infrastructure is currently underway which will connect and reduce the commute times between Cambridge and Hamilton.
This town is a place of attraction, lifestyle and family and, while growing in size, downtown Cambridge still has a real sense of community about it and residents are extremely proud of their town.”
Ray White Hamilton has a track record of selling high volumes of property, and Mr Coombes said he hopes to bring the same success to Ray White Cambridge.
“Our fantastic people, local knowledge, thirst to succeed, and nationwide reach will result in this being a very successful office,” he said.
“Customer satisfaction is key to our service delivery and will be an integral part of our growth strategy moving forward.
“The sales team at Ray White Cambridge have many years of combined local selling experience.”
The team will be made up of 11 salespeople, a selling manager (previous Powerhouse Realty Ltd director Shirley Haycock), and an administrator.
In the first 12 months, Ray White Cambridge aims to double the market share of the business by recruiting, and increasing opportunities and productivity for existing salespeople.
“Our business prides itself on having local Cambridge experts marketing and achieving outstanding results for the residents of Cambridge,” Mr Coombes said.
Ray White New Zealand chief agency officer Treena Drinnan said she was excited to see Mr Coombes and Mr Keesom’s long term goal to open Ray White in Cambridge come to fruition.
“With an extensive track record in Hamilton and surrounding areas in both sales and property management, expansion into Cambridge was the next progressive step,” Ms Drinnan said.
“The team has a great reputation locally and is highly engaged with the local community. Under the leadership of Mr Coombes and Mr Keesom we can only expect this to go from strength to strength.”
