The Ray White Group in New Zealand manages close to 18,000 properties through 177 offices who undertake property management services engaging landlords and tenants. There has been significant changes in the area of property management, particularly around healthy homes and the requirements of landlords to ensure their properties comply with the recent changes in the Act.
Zac Snelling, Head of Property Management for Ray White New Zealand, said that he has been proud of the way the Group has adapted to the changes of legislation in the area of property management. It has been a continuing education process which has been well adopted by our group of property managers and this has put us in a strong position for our property management business to continue to grow. Zac said the property management award winners have all contributed significantly to the success of property management within Ray White.
The national property management awards acknowledged included the Property Management Office of the Year which was received by Ray White 360 Property Management and Ray White Golden Bay. Customer experience was awarded to McPherson Property Management and Excellence in Business Development was awarded to Katrina Green from Morris & Co Property Management. Property Manager of the Year was awarded to Lexi van Heermert from Ray White 360 Property Management.
The Ray White Group has over 400 property managers looking after a property portfolio across New Zealand. The company will continue its education programme with The Rent Event, which provides a service to landlords and tenants and this will be held the week of 21 – 27 October 2019.
