Ray White New Zealand is proud to welcome Amy Anderson and her team, who have set up a new office in Universal Drive to be known as Ray White Universal.
The office, set in a growing part of West Auckland, will welcome the existing Ray White West Auckland Commercial team together with a new residential team and also Ray White’s lending partner, Loan Market.
The office is set over two levels totalling close to 1,000 sqm and has been purpose-built for the three businesses to combine as an effective real estate agency company under Ray White Universal.
At the opening of Ray White Universal last night, Amy Anderson, who is the Director of Universal Realty Limited said she was thrilled with the way the office has turned out and expects the business to be a market leader throughout West Auckland. She said that the growing number of agents looking for a workplace of excellence will be attracted to the business.
Michael McCullagh, Head of Ray White Commercial, said that the business from a commercial point of view was a leader in the field. “It will allow the commercial footprint of Ray White to continue to grow through West Auckland under the management of Glenda West, who has led the commercial business for a long period of time in West Auckland.”
