The 140mm timber-framed wall construction incorporates continuous wool insulation between studs. The skillion roof construction includes double layers of woollen batts and additional insulation in the ceiling batten zone, minimising thermal bridging. This high spec insulation together with thermally-broken Low E Argon-filled windows, premium Luxaflex Duette honeycomb blinds and a Fujitsu heat pump help to ensure a healthy, warm and dry living environment all year round.
Flow Yoga Studio, Piko Wholefoods, Pomeroy's Pub and Little Poms are within a few minutes' stroll. Or venture a little further on foot to New Regent St, the entertainment district or into the city centre and Hagley Park along the city promenade.
